BTR VSI® Valve Sealants

Our Valve Sealants are specifically designed to seal valves with varying degrees of damage encountered in the field. When galling, scoring, or cutting affects the sealing surfaces of the cavity or seats, valves may leak. However, our non-hardening sealants offer complete resistance to produced fluids and gases while providing excellent lubrication. This ensures smooth valve operation, even under conditions of high differential pressure.

BTR VSI® High Performance

BTR Valve Cleaners

Our synthetic valve cleaners are designed to be used during valve repair, refurbishment, and in-situ maintenance. They effectively soften and re-moisturise dried sealant residues while cleaning the valve, improving the operation of clogged or challenging ones. Special additives add lubricity and protect against galling and scoring. Our cleaners are compatible with other valve lubricants and sealants and are not harmful to rubber parts.
